KFC BARBADOS PRIVACY POLICY

Kentucky Fried Chicken (Barbados) Limited and each of its operated franchisees (“KFC  Franchisees”) (collectively referred to as “KFC”, “we”, “us” or “our”) are committed to  protecting the privacy of personal information in accordance with the Barbados Data  Protection Act 2019 (“Privacy Laws”). This Privacy Policy sets out our approach to  handling personal information and includes information about how we collect, use,  disclose and hold your personal information.
The scope of this Privacy Policy covers the personal information handling practices of  restaurants owned by KFC in Barbados, as well as the corporate offices of KFC in  Barbados.
This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected in any way by KFC,  including but not limited to, through our company owned and independently owned  restaurants, in-store kiosks, restaurant support centre, customer service centres, using  a computer or mobile device, through our mobile app, or websites (www.kfcbds.comwww.ordermykfc.com) (“Website”). You should read this Privacy Policy carefully  because anytime you provide your personal information to us or obtain our goods or  services, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
We may, from time to time, review and update this Privacy Policy. All personal information collected and held by  us will be governed by the most recently updated Privacy Policy.

KFC Barbados Limited does not store users' credit cards or any other payment  information. We do store the transaction authorization number. When a user pays with  their credit card, the user is redirected to our payment processor's portal to complete  their transaction.

When you visit our Website or App, read our emails, or otherwise engage with us  through a computer or mobile device, we and our third party partners may automatically  collect information about how you access and use the Website and / or App and  information about the device you use to do so.
This information allows us to improve your customer experience. For example, we may  use this information to enhance and personalize your user experience, to monitor and  improve services and for other internal purposes.

If you make an access, correction or deletion request, we may ask you to verify your  identity and put your request in writing for security reasons.  We may charge a  reasonable administration fee to cover the costs of meeting your request.
We take reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is accurate, up-to-date  and not misleading by updating our records whenever changes to the data come to our  attention.
